excellent service. really went out to find part that wasn't even available in this country. sourced it from Poland.... saved my life as this was my sons alienware laptop that I broke the lid on. top service. highly recommend

Great service! I went in for a keyboard replacement late in the day and despite being busy, it was repaired the early the next day. My laptop is working at lot faster aswell too!

Having tripped over my mains cable and damaged the power socket on my laptop I was faced with the possibility of no access to any internet services until the lockdown ended. A phone call confirmed that Cocotec Laptop Repairs were still operating. I received a call when the replacement part had arrived delivered my laptop and collected it that afternoon [social distancing observed throughout. A great service, much appreciated.

Tom was brilliant ordered my laptop screen part in and 2 days later he collected my laptop and repaired it, within the 2 hours I had my laptop back. Tom also gave me advice on my daughters laptop which was great as I’ll be getting hers fixed by Tom next month. I Found Cocotec to be professional and very helpful. I downloaded a security package which was not compatible with my laptop and as such rendered my laptop inaccessible. I contacted Cocotec and Tom explained what he was going to do and assured me he would be able to resurrect it which is exactly what he did and within a day. My laptop is old and the package that was on it no longer existed, Tom updated it and I now have a fully working laptop albeit old it does what I want it too and I still had all my emails and most important all my photos of my family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cocotec to family and friends.

I had a problem with accessing my files and recovering information and it was solved so quickly. Within a day. And my fan was cleaned as well for free.

Thomas (the company owner)even managed to retrieve all my old photos and data off the broken hard drive, which I hadn't backed up anywhere. Also Thomas's courteous and knowledgeable approach to my situation was very refreshing.

Tom at cocotec is a solid reliable and very friendly guy. Great work at a very good price. Took trouble to answer all my questions and did a very good job of installing a SSD drive onto my laptop which was once sluggish but now is turbo charged.

Tom provides an excellent service, his response to my initial enquiry was very quick and helpful, giving a quote for the repair and an idea of how long it would take. The repair itself was done brilliantly and quickly, I was able to recollect my laptop the same day with the problems with my laptop charging jack fixed. Tom's repairs are excellent value for money, I would definitely recommend Cocotec and would certainly use Tom's services again if another repair was needed.

Earlier in the year Tomasz fitted an SSD drive which speeded up my laptop increidbly. A major job which used to take up to 4 hours now runs in under 10 minutes!!

Second time I've been back, with two different laptops. The service on both occasions was quick, being able to pick up the laptops the next day, with Tom updating us along the way and giving us the options of what was best for the repair. He was both friendly, professional and well priced on both occasion. I will be using him again in the future and would defiantly recommend others as well.

Absolutely brilliant! I recommend Tomas to anybody that wants a fast and easy service. Absolutely brilliant, Tomasz extracted data from a crashed computer transferred to another computer, did another as well and set up and configured a new computer all within 24 hours.. so there was no inconvenience of being without computer access for days. Thrilled with his work.
