Our Home Visit service involves an engineer coming out to your home to fix your problem. If you are having problems with Installing Software or with any of the programmes on your computer including error messages, pop-ups, virus or spyware issues then we can help. This option involves the engineer fixing the issue On-Site.
PICK UP + DROP OFF - Repaired away from your Home

The Pick-up and Repair service is ideal if you prefer not to have someone fixing your computer on-site in your home or office. We will fix any issue that you have, our IT engineers are fully qualified in all areas of computer support and repair and should have your problem fixed in a fast and cost effective way. If we can not fix your problem we will offer free advice on the best course of action that you can take.

With our new Tutorial sessions can now learn at your own pace using the programmes that suit you. All of our tutorial sessions are 1 hour sessions but if you feel that you would prefer a shorter or longer session then just let us know. Example of a 1 hour Tutorial - Example Problem: You are struggling to download music and want to make some music CD's from your own collection to give away to some friends. Resolution: Our engineer would sit with you and demonstrate how to do this on their laptop step by step. At the same time guiding you through the procedure on your own computer.
