Fantastic service from Dan, absolutely faultless. I dropped my laptop off at 4.50 on Friday evening and it was returned to my door, fully fixed on Monday evening. Couldn't believe the speed of the service and the professionalism. The laptop was purchased 3 years ago from Curry's PC World yet they would not accept it for repair as they said they couldn't get the parts (before even investigating the fault). I'm now thankful for this as it led us to find Newcastle Computer Services in Wallsend and will be using Dan for any IT issues in the future. 100% recommend.

After a very difficult situation with a second hand macbook, i came here for the first time. My repair was a nightmare, macbook with mites, and not only was i charged a very reasonable price, (for a lot of work) but my macbook was cleaned beyond what i thought possible, repaired, antiglare screen polished (i didn't think to mention this but was preemptively done) AND i had a part replaced for FREE due to an issue during the repair that was unforeseen. Communication was thorough and timely. Cant recommend this place highly enough and ill be back for more work as soon as i smell an issue.

I recently moved to NewCastle and needed the cooling on my tower fixed, NCS and Daniel were great, quick to respond, offered a pick up service and kept me informed every step of the way. Had a problem with a slow laptop and broken CD drive. Daniel was prompt, efficient and clear about the issues and how he could improve/fix them. He said up front how much this would cost and that if other issues became evident he would contact me to discuss. He took the laptop away and returned it repaired and working so much faster within 24 hours. Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend to family and friends.
