This is a fabulous shop full of incredible tech. But, more importantly, there is a small army of staff who are really helpful and technically very wise. Highly recommended

Staff were friendly and helpful, I had an issue and needed a replacement item, the product was out of stock but came in the next day, overall it was an absolutely painless process.

Worst apple store I have had the displeasure of dealing with. After I came in with my MacBook M1 chip that had been recently bought that had issue with one charging port, and the employees saw this and as I had a limited warranty offered a fix that would cost around 500. When it got sent away they alleged there was suddenly water damage and demanded I needed to pay about 300.

I declined and was given back my MacBook after a week with no repair made to the product. Unless you are trying to waste your time and money I would not recommend visiting this apple store for any repairs.

Rick saved my day! My device was stuck on Apple logo for more than 24 hours and lots of an important stuff were literally there. Bought a Apple Mac and discovered it crashed so had to drive to Leeds to have it looked at. Well when I walked into the Apple store it was like a kid walking into a sweet shop. If you are an Apple nerd like I am you could spend all day here. The staff are very friendly and approach you right away asking if you need help. I was about 20 minutes early for my repair appointment, but I was escorted to a work bench and a technician came and was amazing. Talked me through everything and answered every question I asked clearly.

I was told it would be around one and half to two hours to see if it was software rather than hardware so I was asked if I wanted a coffee somewhere and they would ring me. Less than half an hour later they rang saying all was sorted and it was ready to collect. First class service. A very BIG well done and an even bigger thank you.

Saying that I'm impressed with their service, speed, and kindness is an understatement. Absolutely fantastic store with extremely kind and professional staff. My repairs were done to a high standard and much faster than expected! I will certainly return to this store! Thank you to the staff for making it a pleasant experience.

Went in today to pick up a new phone which I purchased online. Both the guys that helped me out were super nice and easy to talk to. No idea if anyone who works there reads these. I didn't get his name but the guy that sorted me out he said he was a skater and takes his electric longboard to work most days. He's ace. Give him a pay rise

Absolutely amazing service by Tom, such a nice and helpful young man. He explained everything so well to my daughter and myself about the Ipad Pro that she ended up getting it. He loves his job, you can tell. Honestly in this day and age to come across polite and friendly staff is like gold dust. I cannot praise any staff of any place enough for trying their best to keep any personal issues at home and being polite, professional and happy and making customers feel human! Tom is outstanding, great charisma. Thanks for looking after us.

Five star service - quickly diagnosed problem and fixed with an hour - everything you expect when you walk through the door of real Apple people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I took my iPhone 5 to Apple Geeks in Chapel Allerton in September 2014 to fix the broken glass screen as I had dropped it on a night out a day or two prior. The screen was still responsive and the phone was making and receiving calls and texts just fine but was unusable due to the broken glass. Oliver (the CEO of Apple Geeks) was really friendly, took a look at my phone and told me that despite being difficult he would be able to fix the phone at a cost of 70 which I duly paid there and then.

While Oliver did indeed replace the screen he struggled to get the phone to make or receive any calls as it had been doing before his "fix" and suggested I take the phone home and re-install the operating system by connecting it to iTunes via my computer. Although I was apprehensive about leaving the place with a phone that wasn't working having paid my 70 I accepted his advice and took my phone home to re-install the software which did not fix the problem but made it worse - partway through the installation process I received a hardware error which after Googling I realised meant my phone was beyond repair and completely unusable.

Not taking defeat easy I called Oliver and explained what error message I was receiving who Googled the problem himself and asked me to try what I'd already tried - this obviously lead to no avail. I took my phone into the Apple store in Leeds in a last ditch attempt to see if there was anything they could do and they advised me that the error message I had on screen meant the hardware was indeed not fixable and that as my phone was making and receiving calls and SMS texts before the screen was repaired then the damage had to have been done during the screen replacement process.

Being 70 and an iPhone 5 down I decided to accept defeat and the phone is now in the bin. Oliver seems like a nice guy but I wouldn't trust him with the task of repairing any Apple products again and would advise anyone to completely avoid the Apple Geeks services.

Installed new battery in my 8 year old MacBook. Efficient, quick, good value service. Happy to recommend.
