My son's Nintendo Switch developed a fault reading the SD card. Martin diagnosed a couple of potential causes, reattached a broken connector on the reader and allseemed fine. The following day a slightly different but associated error started happening, do I rang Martin who said without hesitations bring it back in. He completely replaced the Card Reader, fully tested the Switch and didn't charge for the additional time and labour. I would (and have already) highly recommend Tech Medics for any console problems you might encounter

Amazing customer service and turnaround. Would highly recommend. So glad I used this company, had a PlayStation 5 and my son could not get a picture on his monitor! It was out of warranty so feared the worst, Sony said 300 to help me. Called up Tech Medics as they were local to ask if they could help, Martin knows his stuff (advised probably HDMI port) so had a few things to check. Dropped off on the Monday and picked up a repaired, working and very clean PS5 the next day! My son is so so happy and so am I, as it cost 80 for a new HDMI port instead of 300 for Sony to help!

I had a broken PS5 HDMI port after my 5 year old pulled it off a shelf. I called Martin and he advised me to bring the PS5 to him. Within 24 hours the console was repaired and collected. Top service, would recommend Martin if you have any PS5 issues

Excellent professional and friendly service. Very quick to sort the issue. Martin called me back after he missed my call and after describing the issue with my xbox one, which was a black screen, Martin knew straight away what the likely issue was. I dropped the console down to him this morning and early afternoon he rang me to say it was ready to pick up.

Very reasonable cost for a super quick repair and from now on any repairs i have for consoles, laptops etc will now go straight to Tech Medics. Once you find someone with this pedigree, you'd be an idiot to go anywhere else.

Took my PS4 in for a service as it was extremely loud. The service provided was quick and efficient, I got there for when it opened and within 2 hours it was fixed! The inside was completely filled with dust but now runs as if it was brand new! Quick and quiet! Very happy and definitely recommend!
