Ashford Laptop Repair

I have just received my laptop and would like to say a massive thank you. My Macbook Pro was a present from my grandmother and has a lot of sentimental value as well as a large percentage of my university work on it. When the damage first occurred Apple gave me an estimate of anywhere above £600 for repairs, which was something I could not afford and I feared my laptop would have to be confined to the bin.

Just a big thanks for all your help, you have constantly kept me updated with top notch customer service and I cannot fault a thing, I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. Also, thank you for wrapping up my laptop so securely, I know I used a lot of rubbish so I can imagine it took you quite a while! Once again, many thanks.

Just to let you know the laptop has arrived and works perfectly. This is just a note to say a very big thank you for the repairs that you have done on my MacBook Pro. I am ever so happy with the results, the fans are a tad louder but the coolness of the system temp and the extraction speaks for itself and a good modification if you ask me. I would just like to thank you for the excellent and quick service. My DV9000 stopped working out of warranty and HP wanted £300 to fit a new motherboard. Terry not only fixed that problem but has adapted the fan so that it works properly and shouldn't cause the problem again. Excellent!
