I have some 550 customers. These are mostly local households and small businesses who range from novice users to networked businesses with up to 20 users. My services cover all aspects of the IT business from the specification and provision of new or second user equipment, to hand holding for setup, training and on-going support. Some 90% of my business comes from repeats or recommendations suggesting a very high level of customer satisfaction.

With small businesses I am very well aware of their dependency on IT and so pull out all the stops, including working evening and weekends to ensure there is minimal impact on their business following an IT failure.
