PC Easily The owner of the business and PC Easilys' Computer Engineer, Simon, learned his trade at IBM, where he repaired computers, laptops and printers in customers homes, retail supermarkets and large offices for five years. He then moved away from IBM and into System Security, securing large, critical systems for large companies, governments, banks etc. This took Simon away from what he enjoyed doing, repairing computers and providing great customer service and so PC Easily was formed some five years later to service the Greater Manchester area.

PC Easily is a sole trader business with the aim of cutting through the computer jargon jungle, while providing honest, friendly, affordable and understandable advice and services to their customers.

PC Easily offers many services in and around the Greater Manchester area, covering everything from repairs to education. In fact if you have anything you can not or would rather not do, PC Easily can help you. No job is too insignificant, too large or too small. J30 callout fee, includes FIRST HOURS WORK FREE, non refundable. Then after your first FREE hour I charge J5 for every 30 minutes. That is it! No complicated differing prices depending on what I am doing, no costly hourly charge when I have only done ten minutes work and no extra taxes or charges added on at the last moment.

Canada Computers has really nice sales. They have anything you'd ever need for your computer and more. Managed to get CAD$400 off of this RX 6700XT. I've gone here multiple times and they're the only electronics store I can rely on. The employees know what they're talking about with technology, they will help you find what you need and are extremely friendly. Beware that the phone number from/to Canada Computers appears in smart call systems as "Canada Vacation Mart", unsure why that happens but you will get through to them no matter what.

A good place to buy components if you want to do in store pick up. Just shop and order online and wait for your text or email. Same day pickup is possible if the item is in stock.

I have Pros and Cons for this store. I have encountered a very professional, patient and customer care staff John L yesterday. He offered a great help that is very impressed and appreciative. His great performance was highly recognized. Thanks John again! His great service, however, is partially discounted by the unplesant experience we also had with the store operation.

The fact that the store did not pick up the phone for answering customer inquiries, especially during the COVID wave, did make lot of customers demotivated for the product interest. I would ask if the store could resume this customer service to make the store much more competitive.

I came when it was super busy, Brandon and I think Tom was his name? (I only overheard the name, I could be wrong) was simultaneously helping me and like two other customers at the tech desk. Tom would ask Brandon a quick question regarding his current customer which was met with a quick reply, all while still giving me my own advice. All the staff are so hardworking and provide amazing service.

Walked in the other day looking for some rgb stuff, Thomas, Iris, and Brandon were super helpful in helping me find the right parts that were compatible with my build. Customer service was 200%, I would definitely go back again to pick up parts when it's time to upgrade my computer.

Horrible customer service, company will use purolator to deliver which is the worst sevice ever. Expects you to pickup from a location 30 min away that is next to the retail store. The company will refuse to refund your shipping costs in the event anything goes wrong lmao. I had to file a dispute with my card provider to get my 11$ back. Purolator will only safe drop if you wave liability for lost or stolen packages lol.

Why would I pay money for shipping then drive 30 minutes to pickup a package if I have no choice in the shipper chosen? Ups and fedex are 2 min away from me for pickup if signature is required.

My son wanted a bigger came and a newer graphics card. The graphics card fit into the new case. Because the case was much bigger than the old one, power supply wiring was way too short. Brought it to the repair section, t he young man working there had it sorted out in less than a day. Great service.

Had what I wanted in stock with a good selection. I got there close to opening and the gal who processed my payment wasn't very polite and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I know everybody can have a bad day but I found what I needed without assistance and definitely wasn't causing her any hardship.

Great customer service helpful. I don't remember the guy that helped me at this location I wish I remembered his name but he was very attentive and helpful with my exchange of monitor. He even thanked me for repackaging the monitor I wanted to exchange. Very helpful people will be back. The only complaint I would have is no one ever answers the phone. The customer service made up for that

Fantastic price, but they did not tell me my curved screen needed a special cord I had to order when I got home. You think they would have known this, but that did not take away the fact that it was value and gd product that sold me, definitely will be back
