So happy we found Craig he is very professional, trustworthy and very prompt at getting the job done and a lovely friendly person to boot! He diagnosed the problem with our laptop gave us a very reasonable price and it was all sorted in less than 24 hours, couldn't be more happy I would recommend him very highly to everyone, thank you very much Craig.

First things first, I would like to say what a genuine down to earth chap Craig is. He has just built our website for a very reasonable price and made a fantastic job of it. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig as we changed our mind on different things during the preperation stages of the site. Now the site is up and running and we couldn't be happier. Getting a website done was a worrying thing for us as a company, as we wanted to get it right first time. Craig has definitely made us feel at ease and built my confidence and understanding with websites massively. I would like to say a big thank you Craig and I would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for a website design or something similar.

Craig had my web site up and running in no time, nothing was too much bother for Craig, excellent to work with and would very highly recommend Craig for both web design, and I shall certainly be using Craig for the repairs/upgrades.

Craig at Linden Design was recommended by a friend who found him via an advert in a local magazine. I've used him both as a problem solver with my IT needs and as my expert in purchasing and installing new software and equipment where I lack the confidence. I first approached Craig to help with a jammed printer, feeling slightly awkward in not being able to sort it myself.

He put me completely at ease, sorted it and showed me what to do if it happened again. Since then, he's been my first choice by:

* helping me to change from dial up to broadband;

* recommending and installing better anti virus software;

* checking spam warnings which often prove to be hoax;

* problem solving any blips with my email/internet connections;

* buying me a laptop, projector and speakers to my specifications and budget;

* transferring my old video stuff onto both dvd and laptop presentations. And even

* connecting and setting up my new digital tv and dvd player!

Linden Design provided my new pc and other hardware. Their prompt service was excellent, and communication was clear and polite. I would not hesitate to use Linden Design again when the time comes.

Had problems with laptop and thought I would try a local company. Very quick response and helpful from first contact. Could have seen me same day but I was away so I was visited on second day after my enquiry. Problem was located and solved within an hour and the price was very reasonable. Will most certainly use them again should I run into problems.

I purchased an additional hard drive and a wireless pci card for my desktop pc aswell as a wireless router from Linden design. Although i am computer literate, i am not a technician and so booked a call out for Linden design to install and setup my new components. The Linden design technician arrived at the arranged time and was very polite. He took the upmost care whilst installing the new parts in my pc and was able to install them and have my machine back up and running very quickly.

The technician installed and setup my wireless router and got both my pc and laptop working wirelessly. I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowlege shown by Linden design aswell as the great value for money and wouldnt consider using any other company for my computer issues in the future.

Linden Design visited at home to upgrade my RAM and to network our two PCs via out router. Service was friendly, efficient and excellent value for money. I was particularly impressed by the care taken to establish what was possible and what was required before advising and placing orders for parts. A couple of visits were made but only the combined time charged for rather than a per visit minimum. I will certainly be using Linden Design again should I need to repair or upgrade my PC.
