We have found JTRS Solutions in the shape of Tim Rycroft & his team to be an excellent source of technical help. Owing to the care he takes in setting up systems in the first place. This has ensured that we have found very few issues have arisen over the year. When they have, Tim is quick to resolve them, either over the phone, remotely, or by site visit. Tim doesn't just react to the (very few) problems that we encounter.
He reflects on them, and offers support to eliminate the root cause of the issue, whether it be bespoke training, software, network, or upgrades. Tim has been able to offer cost effective solutions to ensure that we get the very most from limited resources. As an example we have made a 50% saving on annual ISP costs. Tim ensured that the switch went seamlessly.
