My wife broke her computer on the Thursday before Easter bank holiday, amongst the current Covid 19 crisis, as she works from home it was important that we saved her hard drive and was up and running again very quickly. Adrian answered the call impeccably, he picked up the broken laptop, retrieved the existing hard drive and set up on a new laptop, all turned around and dropped off back with us within 24hrs. Cant fault the service from Adrian at Cyber-Call one bit. We will be using again should we have any more issues going forward. Thank you Adrian, absolutely fantastic service, cant rate you highly enough.

My MacBook was literally split in two, as the bottom bit broke of and I could see the inside of it, plus it couldn't start at all and I didn't know how to recover my stuff from it, let alone work on it and I thought it was all gone for good. But Adrian has literally saved the past decade of my work from that hard drive. He also cloned all the data, built in the new hard drive, new track pad and new battery. So now I basically have a new machine, literally at a mate rate, though he only knew me for a day. Extremely grateful for the professional, friendly and dedicated service!

My MacBook Pro suddenly died on me and I lost access to all my data, inevitably not backed up. Major disaster. I contacted a data recovery company who 3 days later, told me that despite all their resources, the data was irretrievable. Enter Adrian Jean of Cyber Call in Bath. Cool and calm in the face of my mounting hysteria, he called me a day or so later to say I could collect a external hard drive with all my data intact. Outstanding. What more can I say!

My Macbook Pro screen broke at like 11pm at night. Rang Adrian and he answered straight away. He picked my Mac up the next morning from my house and had it back in less than an hour! Was super paranoid it was a scam, but he was really understanding and proved it was totally legit! This guy is a legend and would definitely recommend! :

My Macbook Pro was damaged due to tea spilling on it. I contacted Adrian after finding him on Google and he fixed the board, battery and keyboard at a very reasonable price. He also worked hard over a busy Christmas/New Year's holiday to help me get my machine back in time for work. He travelled to Portishead to pick up/deliver the machine back which I really appreciated. I recommend his services.

My Mac computer with all my work related stuff suddenly crashed and would not start up. After calling Cyber-Call, i spoke to Adrian who said it was most likely a hard drive issue and would take a look at it to see the damage. It was quite severely damaged but thankfully he was able to retrieve all my data from the old hard drive and set me up with a new one. All very promptly done also, would highly recommend. Thank you Adrian!
