Our PC was running slower and slower and by chance I talked to a friend who uses Nick's services and he recommended that I contact Abacus. At first slightly nervous about using someone we didn't know but Nick came and we were advised that new hard drive was required and also motherboard was on its last legs. In a matter of days Nick sourced everything we needed and the PC was back working perfectly and faster than ever. A very courteous, fast and knowledgeable service which we will definitely use from now on.

Nick was excellent and provided a really easy, smooth service. After an initial discussion of the issues he picked my laptop up. Gave me updates of the repair progress and gave me a thorough debrief after. Also he installed remote access which was really useful when i needed a program upgrade afterwards. The price for the work and upgrades he provided was very reasonable and i will certainly use him again.

We contacted Nick as our computer 'had died'. He arrived within an hour and lent us a computer as we had decided to purchase a complete computer system. Nick advised, ordered and installed the new equipment all within a week. We can not praise the service we received highly enough and Nick's knowledge of computers is beyond belief.
