The company is managed by Umar Rahim who has been involved in the computers market for many years. Umar Rahim is more than able to take good care of the company, having completed his grade 11 studies at grade 9. While he was at grade 9, his teachers recognised his ability to work at advanced levels so he was promoted and given the opportunity to take his GCSEs at the age of 14 instead of 16.

He then set up this company to provide a service that would help not only himself but would also benefit the local residents in his area. Later on in his business life he decided to expand and reach his full potential and decided to take the challenge of providing the service to the whole of London.
