We are a Woking based PC repair company, specialising in providing a fast and cost affective "I.T. department" for the home and office based customer. You can have peace of mind, knowing that when your PC throws a wobbly, you have a person just a call away. We can provide technical support in one of 4 ways.

Verbally - If we can easily talk you through the fix/problem over the phone we will. This service is normally free for regular customers.
Remotely - We have the ability to view your pc screen from our technical support desk and can take control of your mouse and keyboard, we can then show you how to do something or fix a fault, even remove virus. It's fast, secure and firewall friendly.
Visiting - If we can't use either of the above two options then we could come to your home/office and repair the pc at a time that suits you. We are on call from 9am until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We have been known to do Sunday and Bank Holiday visits as well if it suits the customer better. Oh and we don't bump our prices up....ever. You pay the same be it noon or night.
In-House. We can collect and return your pc, or you can drop it too us. Either way we have every possible tool/part we may need to repair you computer.

Home Repairs

We can come to you and diagnose the fault, we can then either repair it there and then, or we can take it back to our workshop and carry out more detailed tests. Once diagnosed and repaired, We'll bring it back to you and hook it up again.

Workplace Repairs

Like our home repairs, we can come to your place of work to repair your computers. We are very flexible with our working hours, so this can be arranged to be within work hours or if you are too busy then, we can make it an evening or weekend appointment. There is no extra charge for this.

Remote Responce

We have the tools in place to be able to remotely connect to your machines, to help you with your support needs. It may be something simple we can diagnose and repair without even having to come to you. This is always the cheaper and faster option (sometimes even free!)

Phone Support

We are always happy to provide answers to technical questions over the phone, very rarely does this lead to an invoice. We have learnt a lot over the years and feel that sharing really is caring.

Simon is great! Very knowledgable and helpful! As a local company we call upon him for any IT issues from the Internet not working right through to helping us find a software package that suits our needs, and everything inbetween. I've even text him at 10.30pm before to get him to help me log into some files, he didn't mind at all, remotely accessed my computer and sorted my urgent query - he's saved my bacon a few times! Would highly reccomend. Plus he makes me a nice cup of coffee when he comes to our shop :-)

Simon is very professional and really is the expert in his field! He came and sorted out my office computer and now I never have to worry about regular computer cloud back ups! Now my office computer syncs automatically with my laptop and in the unfortunate event of an office robbery or god forbid- an office fire, even someone mugging me... I can now sleep peacefully at night knowing I can access my data from anywhere online! Plus he's very reasonable!
