I have used Peter’s services quite a few times over the last year or so. He is exceptionally skilled in what he is able to do and is efficient, knowledgeable, and has been a pleasure to do business with. My last catastrophe was when I lost all my photographs off my external drive-no problem for Peter, he not only retrieved them but when I looked –expecting them to be all jumbled up, NO they were all in their folders, which I was so relieved about.

Dear Peter As a business mentor I help business owners see things that they cannot see because they are too close to what they are doing: the old saying is true. They often can't see the wood, for the trees! Well it seems it was much the same with me and my laptop. While we were having a One2One I showed you my laptop, only for you to ask about virus protection: I didn't have any!
It also became clear that the hard-drive could not cope with the videos I was making and I had no back-up system in place. So, while I was away you took away my laptop: picking it up from my wife's school and dropping it back on a Saturday. You installed a 500GB drive, installed virus software, automated back-up (with a drive you recommended I buy), and gave the machine a tune-up.
