Visited Castle Computers for the first time last Monday morning with a serious problem on my HP laptop computer. Derek was very friendly and offered advice and assistance to try and resolve the fault. Unfortunately, within a day, after various tests my hard drive was found to be failing. I was offered costs for a replacement but decided to ‘bite the bullet’ and purchase a new laptop. Derek sourced a new laptop very quickly and uploaded and transferred all my files and information, all at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending this local company to others in need of technical help.

My son’s gaming tower has had a few issues which have been sorted quickly. The service was outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
