If your computer is assessed to have suffered a hardware failure, for example a faulty DVD or hard drive or dead power supply - we will provide a replacement and have your PC back up and running as quickly as possible - typically within 24 hours. This service is covered by our no fix - no fee policy. If we can't repair your system, you don't pay a penny.
