Daniels Transport Group Ltd had been quickly trying to migrate to Office 365 for email and Sharepoint file data storage due to needing to be able to work from home. We tried serveral local companies, but none had been able to help or had the capacity. EasyPC quickly got us up and running, migrated our data and enabled multi-factor authentication for extra security. We have now gone on board with them for ongoing support and like to thank them for a swift response, especially during COVID-19.

Great team at Easypc, my business laptop died during lockdown - they sourced and delivered a new Dell laptop directly to my door, pre-configured to go out of the box with Office 365. They then remotely migrated all my data and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company even during COVID pandemic, they offer a great service.

I've always used EasyPc Ltd for all my computer needs. Had a couple of laptops repaired over the years and returned to me working like new with a fast turn around. I also asked about having a custom PC built purely for music production. After talking through the exact requirements i was after i had a powerful, reliable computer at half the cost from than many other retailers! Cant fault the customer service and detail to attention.

Tim and the team at Easy PC have helped me out a number of times over the last 12 months. Having a lot of laptops that need maintenance and repair I am always needing EasyPCs assistance. I've known EasyPC since they started and there's no question EVER who we recommend to others for our business, or who I use on a personal basis. No matter what it is, a phone, console, laptop or anything else, we call them and they sort it in no time. In fact, my entire family all use EasyPC now even though they live in Suffolk. They'd rather drop off their goods in Norwich and have peace of mind any petrol costs will be offset by great and trustworthy service and nobody trying to sell them something they don't need. All my friends use them too, literally. A++
