Gave this place 5 stars years ago when it had other IT staff .Slowly staff left and then with Covid, non business customers were turned away. Now there is Andrew left, who is a superb IT technician and the owner... and his girlfriend , Shona who became the receptionist awhile back . Andrew was lovely dealing with the public. I would have liked to stay even though Andrew said I could after he decided to concentrate on businesses but I was eventually made to feel unwelcome. I went elsewhere. But Andrew is top notch. Business and pleasure can never be mixed.

Dropped my laptop and broke my screen, this was a disaster as I run my business from it but thanks to the team at Kreative Technology - Berwick upon Tweed, they got me back up and running quickly with their computer repair service. I hope there won't be a next time but if there is, I would definitely use Andrew again. Highly recommended and price of repair was great too.
