I tried to restore my laptop to factory settings and got in a real mess when the restore froze at 12% and would not budge. I tried several things which just made matters worse!
Dominic came to the rescue and has very quickly got it up and running again and for a very reasonable price. A great local service from a really nice guy. I had been thinking of selling my laptop for spares but now it's running just fine! Thanks Domenic!
