Not a good experience! Top quality desktop taken to Martin to fix a booting problem. He refused to take phone messages for four days and I had to wait at his house in order to recover my pc. On inspection, branded components replaced with inferior items, both hard drives formatted and Windows replaced with a hooky version. And, it cost my 70 to get it back. As a safety precaution change all of your passwords - I did, just in case!
