After being quoted over £400 for a new keyboard on my Macbook Pro by an apple verified repair service I got in touch with PC Workshop and they gave a much better and more affordable quote. I took my laptop to them and they got it back to me in the two weeks that they had said, kept me updated with a few phone calls over the two weeks and with a much better price of £200 so half of what I'd been previously quoted. The new keyboard is great and it works perfectly!

I cannot recommend Kevin enough. I'm a professional photographer and I brought my dead iMac 5K to Kevin on Sunday. It was back in my hands a couple of days later and it is now lightning fast, fully functioning and I have had minimal down time thanks to Kevin and his teams hard work. I would highly recommend this repair shop - Kevin saved my bacon last week! I had two faulty laptops and I was told by Currys, that due to Covid, it could take over a month for any repairs and it would cost a lot if the laptops were out of warranty, which they were. Kevin inspected the laptops right away and they were fixed on the spot. Costs are inexpensive, but most of all, you don't get ripped off by Joe Bloggs around the corner, who will tell you he had to strip the laptop down, when he didn't, but would charge you an arm and a leg!You won't be disappointed with the service, from such a lovely helpful man!.

I contacted Kevin regarding my MacBook Pro having an issue with the backlight of the screen. He took down the serial number and informed me that this particular model is under recall from Apple. I contacted Apple and they have repaired this free of charge, can't thank Kevin enough he has undoubtedly saved me near 400 quid. Top man!

I can't thank Kevin enough. My macbook completely died, showing no signs of recovery. Apple weren't able to help, but Kevin somehow manged to bring it back to life. He kept me updated throughout and the cost of repair was a tiny fraction of what a new one would have been. I'd highly recommend using Kevin for all your computer-fixing needs! Thank you once again.

Recently had an issue with our home PC (HP) where we'd plugged in a remote battery for mobile phone to recharge through the USB port. The PC stopped working completely and we had a lot of photo's and other data that hadnt been backed up! I rang Kevin who offered prompt assistance and diagnosed the problem as a blown main CPU board. We were offered a replacement PC at a very competitive price and the Hard Drive out of old system transferring over thus securring all our old data and photos. Very grateful for a first class service from a first class Gent!

Great service from the guys at PC Workshop for my Macbook Pro 15 2010. As you can imagine its took some wear and tear over the years and was due a number of new parts. Kevin gave me a great price on the upgrades and repairs and I can happily say its running just as good as when I got it in 2012. Quick & easy repair, good service. I identified a graphics card issue with my 8-year old iMac. Kevin quickly confirmed the issue, arranged for a specialist "reflow" of the graphics card and the machine was back up and running in 5 business days. Can't confirm long-term fix but all looking good for now. Would recommend.

I was needing someone who understood IMacs and one that was bought in 2011 - so not new and Kevins name and website popped up. Brilliant from the start, very courteous, understanding and informative - no patronising me as I am not computer savvy re sorting out problems and he was also very invaluable in sourcing the problem and getting the right guys to sort the problem out. I rang Kevin when I was absolutely distraught about spilling a drink on my Macbook and essentially breaking it completely. He reassured me he would try his absolute best to try and rescue all my files. He doesn't rip you off (he didn't charge me for investigating the problem - and was the only company I found who didn't!) and he is totally honest about the extent of the problem and the best way to help. I had various PC issues, not least dislike of an upgrade to Windows 10 and my internet constantly dropping out. I contacted Kevin in desperation and after being without the machine for only a couple of days I now have it restored to Windows 7, running normally again and a constant internet connection (issues were caused by the PC rather than the provider). The work was relatively inexpensive and I couldn't be happier. Great aftersales service too. Would definitely recommend.
