Tony came out within the hour after a bank holiday Monday to try and find a lost crucial file. We had already had two other individuals try to locate the file un-successfully. Tony is our hero! We love Tony! Thank you again!

My son lost his degree thesis and final submissions because his computer crashed on the very day of submission, just when he was transferring everything to externhal hard drive. It was a real crisis. We had the good luck to contact this firm and they were magnificent in helping him. To our astonishment they managed to recover all his lost data, and in excellent time. They just did not give up. Simply an amazing level of service! Datafixer is a company that cares greatly about the customer: protecting and preserving their data whilst providing the highest standard of repair work, which is both timely and of great value. I used Datafixer after one of the big UK PC repair and retailers lazily wiped everything from my laptop in order to conduct a simple keyboard repair and clean-up.

The same retailer then provided absolutely no assistance in recovering the data they had wiped, despite my pleas, stating it was simply not possible.
