My two-year-old Lenovo had become unuseable - acting as if it were demented. Jeff showed me that the hard drive was unable to process data - it was probably defective from the start. He fitted a new one and things are now as good as - if not better than - new. The port for external speakers is now also working again, something that failed so long ago that I had forgotten about it. One happy customer.

I spilt water on my laptop and thought that my uni work was completely gone. Jeff kindly managed to get my work to me - even going so far as to work extra in order to ensure that I got my files before my work was due in. The service I received was very very good. Jeff kept me up to date with all of the developments during the repair. Always informing me of pricing and how far through the repair he was. The job itself was done efficiently and quickly and to a very high standard. My laptop came back better than before. Would highly recommend.

I rang in a panic as the computer was needed for work, and he came in the afternoon, he was fantastic, within the hour he had fixed the wi fi and made sure all was working, I shall be making another appointment for lessons to use the video facility and service my lap top. He worked on my husbands Mac and my pc - fantastic!!
