Simple & Dependable, call us at any time for any IT problem. Whatever IT issue is affecting your business just contact us and we guarantee to respond within our Service Level agreement. The issue will be logged and a Ticket allocated to IT, the problem will then be rectified either by our helpdesk, or by your dedicated engineer fixing it remotely or attending on site.
IT support requests can be logged in three ways: by phone, by e-mail or directly into our Customer Relationship System (CRM) via the Clicknetworks Portal.
All our IT support is unlimited, whether by phone or remotely. We make no differentiation and we will never send you an additional bill, no matter how much support you use.
