The organization I work for are a client of ConsiderIT. I have sometimes almost daily contact with these guys and the service they provide is absolutely excellent. They are quick and curtious to respond to any issues, good in keeping you up to date with anything they're working on. I find them very approachable and no job is too small. Our business was having significant issues lately, and we took out a support package with Consider IT. They were able to diagnose and resolve some of our problems instantly over the phone, and the other problems they fixed really quickly without even having to visit our offices. There have been a lot of issues they've helped us with now, hard drive backups, power surge recovery, server problems and virus recovery. I've even been happy to give them a good mention on my facebook, cause they're awesome.
