They simply put the wrong memory in my laptop as an upgrade. I got a blue screen everytime it booted from cold on completion so i took it back. I was told it would take ages to find out the cause when I dropped it off. Why did I go away feeling like it was my fault. And I got charged again for the correct memory another 2 weeks later. I hated the whole experience. It made me anxious. They are the experts

My desk top PC, which ran Windows 8, failed to boot up and continually went in to Auto Repair mode. As I had not backed up my data lately, I did not want to loose this by reloading Windows 8. Adept IT promptly and at a reasonable price, removed and saved the data and reloaded all my applications and the data. My PC was reinstalled in my home and has since worked ok. I had two, high-end spec. Dell laptops (including an ancient, but well-cared for, XPS M1730) both of which had seemingly lost all graphics capability and had been sitting gathering dust for several months. My Internet search for a local (i.E. Norwich) company with the capability to repair them turned up Adept IT Solutions and I decided to give them a try.

They very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems affecting the two machines (one being software-related; the other involving the replacement of a defective screen inverter) and in both cases, the cost was under £100 - which I thought was quite reasonable. Will certainly use them again in the future!
