Visted Herianmotors a few weeks ago didn't have a very good experience. Usually i recive a good service but this time I came across the bosses son. The way I was spoken to was very rude but that wasn't the worst thing about it. My car had failed its M.o.t so I thought I'd get a second opinion got it checked from two different garages. Half the things on the failure sheet didn't even need changing the bill he had racked up was around 400 even though both other garages said half the things didn't need changing even if they did it should cost around 150. I was dissapointed now that the son has taken over I do not recommend going.

I recently took my car into this garage and I was very happy with the customer service and price quoted to carry out work on my car. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and the fact it is run by men didn't phase me as they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I learned this was a family run business as the boss also had his children pop by to drop lunch off. I have recommended this garage to my family and friends. Great work

Bought a car from here a while back everything was going well until a we had some small problems with the car. I rang back explaining the problems they told me they would check it out. This " checking out " went on for weeks so I decided to go to a different garage and ask them to look at the car. This is when I found out the car which I was sold was dangerous had so many things wrong with it mechanically lights had been taken out the dash board so I couldn't see them.
I was very disappointed because the chap I dealt with seemed very polite infact he was the bosses son. The worst thing is I drove past the garage the other day and that same dangerous car is back up for sale! Thats when I thought i have to leave a review to let people know how bad this place is.

I have used Herian Motors for more than 10 years for everything from MOT to Gearbox replacements and they have looked after me every step of the way, Good Service, Friendly staff, repairs done while i wait. Cant complain about anything. I used them when Resham was running it and was happy to see it passed onto his son to keep the place going. Would recommend to anyone.
