Absolutely fantastic service. Brought back to life a lap top for my mother in no time at all! I was given an update and report so that I could understand what happened and they told me how to maintain the laptop without running into the same problems again. I needed a new screen which was completed efficiently but unfortunately it does have a dead pixel. I can live with this but more annoyingly for some reason changes had been made on my PC, i had to reinstall all my steam games and most of all i had soundblaster audio installed which is now gone, reducing my audio quality significantly and i cannot get it back. Irritating because i only wanted a screen change.

My Sony VAIO had become so slow I was at the point of replacing it. I had tried everything, including a factory install. I then gave it to Mark at Everything IT. MY PC now operates like a brand new machine, and unlike when I did a factory install Mark had kept all the files and software on the machine so I did not even have to spend hours reinstalling it. Mark installed a completely new computer system for me including Dragon naturally speaking software. The customer care was outstanding throughout and Mark found me excellent products at really good prices I was up and running within hours and I am now using the system without any problems. I totally recommend Everything IT.

My old laptop was struggling, so I bought a new one. I didn't realise that migration from old to new would be so impossible, owing to the enormous changes in IT over the years. Nothing I tried worked. The old computer then died and I still couldn't get the new one to operate satisfactorily.
