Very rude owner, not interested in helping solve issue- been in for a smashed phone screen and he was only concerned with questioning me for ages about how and why it had happened. My partner went on a separate occassion regarding a water damaged phone- owner had a bad attitude again, said he'd dry it out- we got the phone back still not working. Took it to another store who opened it and still loads of water inside. AVOID! Terrible attitude and service- just wants to steal your money

I made my choice to take my MacBook to be repaired here based on reading these reviews and I was not disappointed. Fantastic, quick and friendly service. I was well informed of the repair and cost required which I would of been happy to pay. Instead he offered me an identical laptop to which he updated with all my data and even transferred my battery as it was only a year old. I left the next day with a much better laptop paying only the agreed repair price. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I purchased a lenovo thinkpad as I wanted a lightweight laptop to take with me as we travel a great deal. Saif has been a great help in setting up the computer for me as I am not fully computer literate. I have returned to the shop in Letchworth a couple of times and he has always got time to help and advise.I am very pleased with the performance and the battery life. The startup is very quick and the battery life has been as long as 12 hours. I should have purchased this laptop much earlier.

it was impossible for me to watch my laptop movie to tv because I went to few places and there give me so many cables to buy nothing work and everyone failed but when I went to ifix computing in Letchworth , this guy are brilliant within 10 min he just fixed it.

My PC recently failed, and ifix diagnosed it and then recovered my files for a very reasonable price. Subsequently I bought a second hand PC from the shop, and was having difficulty setting up an email account. I took it back and Saif set up the required accounts in minutes, and explained what he was doing throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending this business for anyone with a computing problem.

Came into this wonderful shop in station Road for a 2nd opinion as nobody was to repair my laptop. Informed by Saif he would have look at my laptop. Established within seconds it was the charger. Can't believe I was told 'it had its day' from another IT service in letchworth 2 weeks before. Saif is now also looking at my Epsom printer.
