Superb service. Contacted through website on Saturday morning and Darren was round to assess the problem the same afternoon. Unfortunately a hardware issue so had to be taken away for repair but had it back, fully functional before lunchtime on Monday. Price seemed reasonable too. Darren made my ten year old iMac have a new lease on life by upgrading the hard drive. What a huge difference! AND he created an external hard drive using the old drive so I have a great backup system as well. I didn't ask him to do that - he just gifted it to me! Darren was quick to respond to the issues I was experiencing and worked tirelessly to resolve, even though he couldn't be sure it was possible as the issue with my MacBook was something he had never seen - that all data had totally disappeared. Undeterred, he continued to try to recover data and kept in touch with me to update me of progress, and although all files had lost their names and folders, lots of data was recovered. A professional, excellent and friendly service, I would recommend Darren to anyone for Apple technical support.
